Low-E glass refers to glass with a low emissivity coating. It reduces heat gain or loss by reflecting long-wave infrared energy (solar heat), therefore decreasing the U-value & solar heat gain and improving the energy efficiency of the glazing. Because of its relative neutrality in appearance and energy efficiency, with the installed balcony and windows low-E glass we are expecting to reduce 20–40% AC energy, over 80% of solar energy is reflected away and preventing the previously 80% lost thermal energy through the windows,

Moving Sensors
When using the Motion Sensor users can save energy by connecting the motion sensor to the lights. Then, the lights will turn on and off when people enter and leave the room or corridors, so energy is only consumed from the lights when it is needed.
